Backtests, previous results, targets and projections do not guarantee future performance. Live outcomes can differ because of spreads, slippage, liquidity, broker pricing, outages and changing market conditions.Managed-quant authorizationI authorize Limitless PH to access the designated VPS and trading account through the separate secure credential channel, install and configure the approved quant stack, adjust risk allocation, monitor operation, and pause or remove systems when reasonably required for risk, technical or compliance reasons.Performance-fee acknowledgmentI acknowledge the 25% performance fee on net new profits above the recorded high-water mark. I retain 75% of applicable net profits. The verified starting balance will establish the initial high-water mark. No fee is earned merely because the account is funded.Data and record consentI consent to Limitless PH storing and using the information in this form for onboarding, account activation, service administration, performance-fee records, risk monitoring and necessary client communication. I confirm that I have not entered a trading password in this form.
